Meet The Team

Taimy Lopez

Founder & President

Taimy is a distinguished alumna of Southern New Hampshire University, holding a master's degree in psychology and human resource management. She further honed her expertise with a specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School and earned a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce from eCornell University. Driven by a passion for uplifting her community, Taimy focuses on holistic development encompassing mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. As a dedicated mental health advocate, her motto, "Meeting people where they are and instilling tools to propel them forward," reflects her commitment to personalized support and empowerment. Taimy's vision is to cultivate leadership environments that enable everyone in the community to thrive.

Arlin Santiago

Born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Arlin moved to the City of Lawrence at the age of seven and attended Lawrence Public Schools. Passionate educational equity leader with over nine years of experience advancing housing stability and academic success for students experiencing homelessness and foster care involvement. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong record of program development, community collaboration, and compliance with McKinney-Vento and ESSA Title I provisions. Awards & Leadership Highlights Recipient of the Collective Action Award, recognizing impactful leadership and collaborative approaches to community change. Recognized in The Fight to Save the Town: Reimagining Discarded America by Michelle Wilde Anderson for leadership and innovative solutions addressing community challenges, including housing insecurity. Awarded a Certificate of Completion from the Community InRoads Cultural and Inclusion Program which focuses on strengthening local nonprofits and designed to help reflect the community’s cultural diversity in its civic leadership and ensure that nonprofit decision-making bodies are more inclusive and representative. Previously served as Board President of Bread & Roses Housing, a nonprofit dedicated to creating and preserving affordable homeownership through the Community Land Trust model, prior to its merger with MyCAF (Centro Apoyo Familiar). Currently serve as a City Board Member at Lawrence Community Works, a nonprofit organization in Lawrence, Massachusetts focused on equitable neighborhood revitalization, expanding economic opportunity, and strengthening community leadership through initiatives such as affordable housing, open space development, and workforce training.
